REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration includes all room and board, medical insurance, registration with Panamanian Government, transport to clinics. Fees do not include optional extra activities that you choose to do in your free time.

Group Discount
For a group of 3 registrants from the same clinic, we offer a 3-for-2 registration fee discount. Please send the registrations and check payment together. NO refunds will be issued if a person from a group has to cancel or does not show up at the course. Normal refund policy applies for complete group cancellations.

Registration is coordinated and processed by the University of Minnesota Medical School. You may choose one of the following methods to register for this conference:
Direct

Online
Register online to pay by VISA, MasterCard or American Express. In order to protect your credit card information, the U of M Office of Continuing Professional Development (OCPD) does not accept credit card payments by phone, fax, mail, in person or on site.

By Mail
Mail your check (payable to Regents of the University of Minnesota) with registration form to: Office of Continuing Professional Development, University of Minnesota Medical School, MMC 293, Mayo Memorial Bldg. G-254, 420 Delaware St SE, Minneapolis, MN 55455. Be sure to contact the registration office to obtain and send your completed mail-in registration form.
On Site
On-site registrants may pay by check, cash, or credit cards. Note: Participants are not considered registered until registrant information and payment have been received by the University of Minnesota office.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event you need to cancel your registration, the registration fee, less a $50 administrative fee, will be refunded if you notify the U of M office by 4:30 p.m. Central Time 14 days before the live event. No refunds will be made after this date.
ONCE REGISTERED
Once you have registered, you will also need to register with Floating Doctors directly. This step is needed so that they can collect your professional information to provide to the Panamanian Ministry of Health. To do this, go to https://floatingdoctors.com/volunteer/
Select your professional status, and fill out the form they require. You do NOT need to upload any letters of recommendation (instead upload a document that simply says "CME Approved". You also do not need to pay their registration donation, as it is covered in the cost of your course.
Two months prior to the course beginning you will be sent a link to our dropbox which contains all the information you will need, as well as our video lectures and quizzes which you will need to complete prior to your arrival in Panama.
